Lorie Nelson is an artist, musician, writer and an avid ceramics collector, currently living in Denver, Co.
"My initial idea for this project came after participating in the 2nd International Paperclay Sculpture Symposium at ICS in Kecskemét, Hungary. I was inspired by the diversity and creativity of international artists whose innovative use of the material broke the rules of traditional ceramics, often pushing the limits of translucency to create works that danced with light."
